What made you interested in pursuing our AIT program?
During my nursing career as a charge nurse and supervisor on the floor, I feel I have made a difference as a nurse in the lives of the residents. Now, I want to make a bigger difference by becoming an Administrator. This is why I got interested in pursuing the AIT program offered.
What’s your why? Can you share your journey into long-term care and what drives your passion for it?
Becoming an Administrator will allow me to have a stronger influence on the quality of healthcare services and the quality of care being offered to residents. This opportunity will also allow me to have a stronger influence and a stronger voice for the residents and give me the knowledge and understanding of the overall holistic nature of Long-term Care.
